Colibree Collective is a young real estate company and it's launching this contest to select 3 artists and for a new design of Colibree Collective
More precisely, the winners will be received by the directors of the company and create content for the social networks of the company.

We are calling all visual artists on clhub.art to take part into this contest and give our community the opportunity to participate.
If you are not on clhub.art yet, you are welcome to apply as well 🙂

Here is how it works:

Step 1: Apply through the form below by clicking the "Apply" Button. You need your profile, a portfolio or website and example of illustrations in the attachment.

Step 2: Colibree team will select applicants and send instructions for the second round. The selected applicants will be asked to deliver an illustration before May 16th 2022 based on the instructions.

Step 3: Colibree team will select 3 winners.

Step 4: The winners have to send a set of personal information to start working with colibree before May 19, 2022, through the channels provided.

The winning artists will receive a briefing with the complete commission, in order to develop more illustrations for different contents of Colibree brand.
This order is accompanied by a payment of:

1st winner: €1,500 - 10 illustrations

2nd winner: €650 - 5 illustrations

3rd winner: €100 - 1 illustration

1. ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION.

@colibree.collective will hold a contest aimed at anyone with the purpose of collaborating with 3 visual artists.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND APPLICATION OF THE PROMOTION.

The OPEN CALL will be held in a worldwide territorial scope, exclusively for Instagram users who accept these legal bases through participation in it and meet the requirements described in these bases.

3. TIME SCOPE.

The period of participation in the CONTEST will begin on April 11, 2022 andwill end on May 16 with the assessment and decision of the jury, in this case the team of Colibree together with the Morillas agency.

4. FREE CHARACTER OF THE CONTEST.

The CONTEST will be carried out under the "free CONTEST" modality, that is, the Participation in this CONTEST will not imply any expense for the participant.

5. COMMUNICATION OF THE COMPETITION.

6. REQUIREMENTS, LEGITIMATED PERSONS AND CONTEST MECHANICS.

To compete, participants must:

7. DATA PROCESSING

Follow Colibree SL is the person in charge of processing the personal data of the Interested and informs you that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD). The purpose of receiving the data is correct operation of the contest and the communication of different proposals forcollaboration between the artist illustrator and the company.

Data conservation criteria:

they will be kept for no more than the necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or while there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for it, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of them.

Communication of the data:
the data will not be communicated to third parties, except obligation legal.

Rights of the Interested Party:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and limitation or opposition to their treatment.
- Right to file a claim with the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if considers that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.

8. PRIZE

The winning illustrative artists will be contacted and will receive a briefing with the complete commission, in order to develop more illustrations for different applications of Colibree brand.
This order is accompanied by a payment of:

1st winner: €1,500 - 10 illustrations

2nd winner: €650 - 5 illustrations

3rd winner: €100 - 1 illustration

In addition, both the winners and all the participants will have the opportunity to continue collaborating with Colibree in any opportunity that arises and by mutual agreement.

9. COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNERS

Once the contest is over, the winners will be informed through a phone call. If after 5 days from the end of the contest it is not possible to contact one of the winners, the prize will be assigned to the next finalist.

10.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The organizers reserve the right to refuse the registration of those participants whose data is not complete or their participation does not meet therequirements to enter the contest.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes that result in the good end of the COMPETITION, when there is just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent carry it out in the manner described in these bases.

11.- ACCEPTANCE

Participation in the COMPETITION implies, by itself, the acceptance of these bases.The lack of this acceptance by the participant will lead to the exclusion of their participation in the CONTEST.

12.- THANK YOU

The winners will be received at a Colibree location to meet the directors of the company and create content for the social networks of both the company and the artist.
