At NEDA, we investigate where artificial intelligence (AI) is coming from,
review its history and development, how it has improved over the years, the
benefits we are already seeing within our society, and the challenges it
places for further development. As we investigate the promise and perils of
artificial intelligence, we will discuss how the new industrial revolution,
shaped by AI, will reshape and disrupt our lives. Through this, we aim to
inform the public about opportunities of AI applications, their impacts, the
risks, and the importance of exchange to provide input for further
developments and take into account ethics and a human-centric approach.
The film screenings, panel talks, and lectures will lay the groundwork for
contemplation on the artistic interpretations of the cultural programme on
the next day.
