Jan Barceló is a workshop artist, a creator who conceptually evolves basic forms such as the straight and the curve to turn them into abstract illustrations based on indirect drawing derived from different artisanal processes, some of them in movement. In fact, he also shows his facet of inventor with exhibition designs that combine the ingenuity around the perceptual processes with the creation of all kinds of artifacts that highlight and enhance the effects of the alteration of light and shapes to make us enter into the diversity but also in the complexity and depth of the different ways of seeing and looking. The "Lines" collection challenges us to flow and think about what we perceive through what the artisan-artist-inventor defines as a visual-printed-experience.
