Here you find information about Adding artworks.

I was selected for an expo! What do I do now ?

Congratulations 🥳

Here you'll find all the info you need for your exhibition.

These are the next steps:
  1. Make sure all the artworks are added to your profile
  2. Prepare the expo page
  3. Accept the terms of the expo
  4. Sign the consignment agreement

1. Artworks

Please make sure that all the artworks you are going to show in your exhibition are online and you can see them in your dashboard.

TIP and Reminder
Review the conditions of the exhibition.
Hubs may ask for a commission on sale.
Therefore the final price of your artworks could increase.
Your final price will include clhub.art commission of 10% plus the hub commission.

2. Prepare the expo page

You can manage the content of your expo page by going to your dashboard in the section "Expo".
Click the button "Edit" to submit content of your expo or edit existing content.

This is what you need before you start:
  1. Title of the exhibition
  2. Name of the venue
  3. Subtitle
  4. Description
  5. A picture to use as cover of the page

3. Accept the terms of the expo

This is a very important step.

Each creator has to accept the terms of their expo in order to participate.
If you have any questions about the terms please do not hesitate to contact our team.

You can find the expo terms by going to your dashboard in the section "Expo".
Click the text "Accept terms" and a new window with the terms will open up.
You can accept the terms by ticking the box "I agree" and then click Submit.

4. Sign the consignment agreement

The consignment agreement is a contract between you and clhub.art where we state which artworks you handing over to us, where we will place the artworks and for how long.
Additionally, it also defines the prices and the sale commissions details.

You can find the Consignment Agreement terms by going to your dashboard in the section "Documents".

Download the Consignment Agreement related to your expo.

Sign the Consignment Agreement on the page where you see the signature from one of clhub.art representatives.

Upload the signed pdf by clicking the button "Upload Signed Consigment" close to the button you used to download the document.
