Do you have a Creator profile ?

If you do not have a creator profile, please start from there and then you can start adding artworks.
Here you find information about Creator subscriptions.
If you signed up already as a Creator, here you find information about setting up your profile.
In order to list your artworks for sale, make sure you have connected to Stripe.

How to Add Artworks


Go to your dashboard and navigate to the tab "Artworks"

Click the button "Add a new Artwork" and start submitting the form that opens up.

Artworks FAQ

I do not want to show a price. I would like to receive a request instead.
 Is it possible ?

Yes. In the artworks form you can select YES for the field: "Price on Request".
We will show a button "" on your artwork page and we'll inform you everytime someone is interested and makes a request.

Do I have to include taxes like VAT in the price of my artwork ?

Nope. We will calculate this for you when setting up the final price.

Does clhub.art take any commission on the sale of an artwork ?

Yep. The commission fee of clhub.art depends on your subscprtion fee.

How will I receive the payment if I sell an artwork ?

We use Stripe to manage the payment.
When someone purchases your artworks, Stripe will automatically transfer your part of the final price in your account.

Can I issue an invoice to a buyer ? How ?

Yep. You can login to Stripe and issue an invoice.
You can login to your Stripe dashboard by clicking the Stripe button in your clhub.art dashboard.

Do I have to pay for shipping costs ?

Nope. Shipping costs are paid by the buyers.

Do I have to calculate the shipping costs and organize the shipping ?

Nope. We can handle this and we'll be in touch with you to make it as smooth as possible : )

What happens if someone buys an artwork which is currently in exhibition ?

It depends : )
First of all, we celebrate! 
Second, we review the terms of the exhibition that we have agreed with the hub.
In general there are two options.
Option 1: we ask you to replace the artwork sold with another one.
Option 2: the buyer can get the artwork at the end of the exhibition.

How do you calculate the final price of my artwork ?

The final price includes our fees, vat (iva) and payment processing fees.
The clhub.art fee depends on the type of creator subscription you have.
The vat depends on the country where you are based.
The payment processing fees are always between 2% and 3% depending on the location of the buyer.
Furthermore, if your artwork is in exhibition, the final price may also include a commission applied by the Hub. This will be clearly stated in your consignment agreement.

How can I edit my artworks ?

Go to your dashboard and navigate to the tab "Artworks"
Here you find all your artworks and under each one of them there is a button "Edit".
Click the "Edit" button and submit the form.
The changes are not immediate. Sorry about that : )
Please allow us some time to review the change and apply them on the website.

My artwork is going to an exhibition not part of clhub.art, what do I do ?

This is great. Please keep our team up to date with your development as an artist and your participation to exhibitions or residencies.
You can change the status of your Artwork to "Draft" by using the "Edit" form.
Once the artwork is on Draft mode, it will not be visible by others on the website.
It will only appear among the artworks in your dashboard.

I have set a price to my artwork but now I want to change to Price on Request.
Can I do that ? How ? 

Yep. Go to your artwork in your dashboard and click "Edit", in the form select "YES" for the field "Price on request".
The changes are not immediate. Sorry about that : )

I am not sure about the price. Can you help me ?

Yep. We are here to help.
You can upload the artwork with a temporary price and then select the option Draft in the form.
You can leave questions in the comment sections of the form about the price.
Our team will schedule a chat with you to take it from there.
