This non discrimination clause will explain how our organization bounds to comply with EU Fundamental Rights.

Clause

Clhub.art aims to create a safe and inclusive environment on its platform and during exhibitions and events where clhub.art plays a role.
Clhub.art aims to create a safe and inclusive environment of mutually acknowledging debate, dialogue and exchange in which everyone is treated with respect and equality.
In the context of each contractual relationship members have with clhub.art and based on the non-discrimination guidelines of the EU, the following applies:

  1. Should misconduct against any rights described in the non-discrimination guidelines of the EU occur, clhub.art reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship without prior notice with the wrongdoer(s) (person or organization committing the misconduct).
  2. If any artwork or performance or one of clhub.art creators or hubs or other parties involved in exhibitions or events where clhub.art is involved makes racist or other discriminatory remarks towards anyone involved in the exhibition or event (including guests not registered on clhub.art), clhub.art reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship with wrongdoer(s)
    (person or organization committing the misconduct) without prior notice.
  3. Definition of racism: Any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, skin colour, descent, national origin or ethnicity, which has the aim or result of an equal recognition, enjoyment or exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms in political, economic, social, cultural or any other area of ​​public life is frustrated or impaired.
  4. A statement within the meaning of this contract is considered racist if the person concerned feels discriminated against or offended and a connection can be made between the statement and the definition given in No. 3.
